In February 2010 the construction project started in the province of Catania, in Acireale, as a franchisee of the prestigious international network of Accorhotels.

The fulfilled project consisted of an accommodating building which arises in Acireale, province of Catania, via Madonna delle Grazie 98 a/b. You can find it along the SS114 highway, close to a bridge in Catania-Messina direction, before arriving at the crossroad to enter the city of Acireale.

The hotel is made up of two separate buildings. The first one is close to the entrance and it hosts the check in/check out services, the reception, breakfast room and a staff room. Restrooms, also equipped for wheelchair access, are at the beginning of the corridor on the ground floor.
The hotel consists of two floors, where you can find 30 rooms and restrooms. In addition to the reception on the ground floor, there are also the hall, toilets, breakfast room, staff room and a storage; plus 12 rooms with their lavatories, two of which are assigned to disabled people.
On the first floor there are 18 rooms and their toilets as well. To access this floor, a ramp for wheelchair has been added.

The second building is located in the wooded area; both of the edifices are under the level of the street, specifically on mt 139,15 a.s.l.
Guests can reach this depandance following the internal driveway. The construction is above ground and it hosts 28 rooms, which are wide the same and counterposed in the central part. This gives the structure a firm and homogeneous shape. Moreover, both the headings of the central part offer four rooms, for a total of 8 more rooms, wider than the others. All these rooms, 36 in total, have toilets and direct access to the car. Two of them are designed to disabled people.

To sum up, the building places 66 accommodations, in specific 158 daily accommodations available.
Thanks to the internal ways, the access is guaranteed to persons with reduced mobility and sensory capacities, who can enter and enjoy the spaces.

A parking is available on the same level of pedestrian areas with reserved spaces for cars and disabled people. On the external ways, pacing is easy and regular. Due to the width of the roads, you can drive safely and a wheelchair person is able to change direction in a very easy way.
